All contract terms require a one‑time $525 implementation fee. The implementation fee covers license activation, installations on an unlimited number of devices, three one‑hour training sessions, and free technical support for the life of the contract. Licenses currently may be transitioned to different users as providers rotate out without incurring any additional implementation fees.
